I started Curcumin Plus Pain Relief 48hrs ago and I can really feel the difference. Although I am on holidays at the moment from a very physical job. It is working well
I can't say anything about the efficacy of this supplement - as the tablets are quite large and due to the coating dissolving so quickly I've had issues with taking them regularly.
I have osteoarthritis in my spine, hands, knees and feet. My knees are gone on bone a d walking is very painful. The standard go to of Panadol osteo does nothing. Ibuprofen does help however because of it's side effects not a long term option for me. My personal experience with the standard pain relievers, seem to also be confirmed by new studies into osteoarthritis pain management. I researched natural pain relievers and Curcumin was the top of most natural remedy lists. Next most highly mentioned was Boswellia and then Ginger among others. I then researched which products had a combination of these ingredients. Bioglan Curcumin Plus seemed to have the best quantity of those ingredients. I am a retired RN, I am aware of Placebo affect, I have carefully evaluated the effectiveness of this product for me, and I am impressed with how much they help. I will continue to use this natural remedy. The only downside is that the product is expensive.
Best Curcumin on the market. Husband swears by it.
I've tried various Curcumin tablets, some work better than others. This is one of the better ones for me, helps with hip pain. Not sure if it is because of the other compounds in it such as Boswellia.
they don,t seem to work for me and there is no pain relief, do you sell healthy choise Curcumin + fish oil??????? Also delivery took way to long.
