For anyone with severe dry eyes, this product is for you. I have been dealing with severe dry eyes for several years and my optometrist wanted me to go on some expensive prescription drops as the over-the-counter drops we had been trying did not work very well. I found a reference to these Bion Tears online which showed that they were for "severe" dry eyes. I decided to order me some and they worked wonderfully the first time I tried them. I was ecstatic.

I have been using these drops for about two weeks. The difference has been amazing! I have a cabinet full of other PF eyedrops that really did nothing to help my dry eye. My optometrist even had me get Xiidra, which after using for a couple of weeks, not only made my eyes itchy, but I ended up with a mild conjunctivitis in my left eye from it. This product is the only one that has worked well for me.

Bion Tears give me the best relief of any artificial tear on the market. I instill one vial per eye in the morning and again in the evening to stay lubricated and moist for the entire day. They wash my filaments away! (I suffer from Sjogren’s Syndrome)
Not all drops work for all people. I've lived with dry eye disease for more than 30 years, and I've found what works best for me through trial and error. I'm glad Bion Tears works for some people, but for me, it actually made my dry eyes worse. It didn't sting upon application, and it didn't feel bad initially, but after an hour or so, my dryness was worse than when I had initially put the drop in. I tried again, several times, but each time it was the same result -- the drop made my eyes worse. It was worth a try but it doesn't work for my eyes.
Bion Tears work well for my severe dry eyes. But this product is getting more difficult to find. I am grateful that Walmart has them and that I can buy them in a pack of four.
I always keep one of the vials on my nightstand in case I wake up during the night and need to add moisture to my left eye. This has worked well for me until I get my scleral lenses inserted in the morning.I love that you ship quickly and orders are ALWAYS complete for all the various fluids I need. Thank you!
I have been using Bion Tears for a few years now and they work very well for me using them twice a day, once in the morning and once in the early evening. However, with this particular shipment the package arrived totally crushed, to the point that I am debating whether or not to use them in fear that some of the vials may have been undetectably damaged and compromised. :-(Not sure if I'd recommend this shipper...
Fast shipping, and this is a great product! Bion Tears are very soothing, like "natural tears" but a little more soothing. I trust this company %26 they make a quality product at a reasonable price. the individual little single use applicator droppers are also very convenient because you can keep them handy %26 ready in a purse, desk drawer, etc. I wish more stores sold them but ordering them is very convenient too. Glad to have found this supplier on WalMart.com
These certainly were a game changer for me. I have lupus, which can cause severe dry eyes. These drops are the ONLY kind I will ever buy now because nothing compares to how wonderful these drops work! My eyes now feel SO MUCH BETTER because of these drops! Don't know what I'd ever do without them. Pricey, yes, but worth every penny!
