Was moved to write this as I’m not sure what noodles the last review unfortunately was given but I have just use these in a stirfry and they cooked exactly as predicted in six minutes (in fact I might even choose to cook them marginally less), they didn’t stick together and tossed very well into my tofu and broccoli once cooked. I also very much like the spelt version

So quick and easy to make a meal out of. They cook in about 4 mins. boiling. Add to soups, stews, even make a sweet dish with milk etc.

The organic noodles we used to buy seem to have been discontinued everywhere we shop and we've had some miserable experiences with alternatives - odd length, take longer to cook, more awkward shape pack to store in the cupboard, don't even taste as good. These however are exactly right and with the added bonus of no egg. Ordering regularly now.

Converted to these from Clearspring Udon noodles. ?These are delicious with a flavour. ?As someone has pointed out they resemble egg noodles somewhat in taste. ?I agree, and as I am allergic to eggs, this is an added bonus.
Favourite noodles. Tue texture is just right and not too chalky, the flavour is great with some added butter. Our 2 year old loves these too
Even when in boiling water on the hob it takes at least up to 15 minutes to be thoroughly cooked and to get as soft as l like. Needs a lot of seasoning because it doesn't absorb flavours very well. This is my first time trying noodles from Abel and cole must be something to do with it being durum wheat. Not to my taste won't buy again
My daughter wanted to try noodles like the well known pot variety shes 4 and I wasnt keen for her to have them just yet. These with a bit of chicken stock were very nice and she was more than happy. I like that the ingredients list is so short!
excellent alternative to instant noodles. i adore the taste and agree with others that they cook super quickly. lovely flavourful healthy noodles
It's a healthy alternative to instant noodles. However, needs to be careful that the noodle is not overcooked. We don't cook the noodle to the instruction as it's overcooked by then.
