I previously had taken probiotics in the past . I started to develop stomach problems with eating dairy and meat products . I took the enzymes and they really helped digest my food . But I still had issues and decided to use the probiotics . They have made a big difference . I also have early symptoms of hemroids and this has gotten rid of the issue of having in red in my digestive .If you have IBM try this product out and you won’t regret it . It’s the highest dosage on the market that actually works . Don’t waste your money on low quality products that don’t have any effect on your body because of the dosage .

I've gained 10lbs since starting-been taking them for over 3 months straight every day.I think it is disrupting my fast when I take so many capsules in the AM!!I also feel like I'm retaining water with them.

Love the affects it has on my health! Since taking P3-OM more than a year ago I did not experience my regular fall and spring flu. The product has boosted my overall health a lot. Highly recommend it.
I have found that my mood is better my digestion is better and my yeast overgrowth has subsided. I was without this product for a week and yeast symptoms reoccurred. I will not be without it again.
I've spent a lot of time and money biohacking to rebuild my gut biome after a lifetime of antibiotics, and more recently 4 joint replacement surgeries, and even having to fight against be forced into mandatory prophylactic antibiotics to have my teeth cleaned. Haven't got decent sleep since starting Mag Breakthrough. Also gut issues and constipation increased with Mass Enzymes. One month was enough for me. Back to Calming Mag powder and Mag07.
I want to give it a honest review and haven't tried it yet. My brother recently passed away and waiting until the timing is right, however Magnesium Breakthrough seems to be working. I have had an issue with sleeping and other issues with lack of magnesium for many years and didn't think it would be resolved overnight but moving in the right direction.
I've taken a lot of probiotics over the years, but this one is different. It really cleared up my digestive issues fast, and continues to work. Ibe also made some changes to my diet, but I feel it's the combination of diet and the right supplements that get you to that next level.
My wife and I have been hitting these probiotics hard for the last three months. Nothing too noticeable, other than our interest in eating snacks and sugar has declined quite a bit. I trust it has done good things for us, though!
