Unclear if this was indicating new growth.* I definitely noticed a significant difference in the softness of my skin, after a few days of use.* I'm finding it's most effective while I sleep, as that is when the body heals.* I am also finding that it helps me sleep better and decreases inflammation caused by autoimmune disease.To be fair, I became lazy at the end of the month and didn't feel like mixing it with juice. This supplement is AMAZING!!! I just happened to come down with an awful, awful cold the same week that I started taking these supplements. I have a toddler and an infant so I was getting extremely little sleep and just so so sick. By all accounts my skin should have been wrecked! I should have had huge eye bags under my eyes. I didn't! I was glowing! My skin looked SO good. The bags under my eyes were less prominent. I can't wait to see what it looks like when I'm 100% well! I'm sold. I'll be buying these for life. I'm ordering the big bottle next time.

I usually find it hard to tell whether a product works or not. It was when I stopped using this product for 2-3 months that I noticed the difference. The fine wrinkles on the face became pronounced. I quickly resumed taking the capsules. The wrinkles softened and diminished, and the skin became moisturised after at least a month of use. This product is not cheap but a viable option for vegans. Just a point of note - I only take one capsule a day and yet there is a difference. Each capsule consists of tiny granules.
