Bought this whey protein isolate as 1) Isolate is higher quality than concentrated, 2) it's lactose free (I'm lactose intolerant). Having to cut out gluten and lactose out of my diet has had me feeling lost. After trying vegan protein, despite their claims of a great taste they were inedible. I was recommended this, so I gave it a go and it is safe to say I will never look back. Only two serving a day to get your daily dose. The only downside is, the small 500g bags don t come with a scoop, I had to use a scoop i had with precious protein. As soon as I finish this I will be purchasing the biggest size. Massive recommendation, instead of using water as suggested, use almond or hazelnut milk. Still keeps the calories low but enhances the taste.

I didn't buy from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP I get them from my local nutrition shop. I notice there is no safety seal when you open and the tub looks half full but after a quick google search and reading the comments on here that seems very common, remember you are buying the weight not the volume. As for the safety seal that's a mystery to me still. Now for my thoughts on the product itself it does the job well. I have no bloating like I did with ON products and it mixes easy. I like to put some unflavoured carb powder in with mine because it's so light on the stomach and drink before my workout and after and I notice I stay stronger for longer during my heavy workouts. Would definitely recommend

Like others, this upsets my stomach. I m not sure how lactose free this is. Probably similar to how some countries can mark beers as gluten free even though they have malt barley in them and other countries will not classify them as gluten free because of that. People also need to consider that lactose isn t the only thing in whey that could upset your stomach. It is a fairly concentrated substance and could have an effect because of that. Plus the sweetener in the shake (sucralose) can easily cause diarrhoea, bloating and gas. Often these free from products leave people off worse because of the side effects of some of the substituted ingredients. Zero doesn t mean zero.
My gag reflex was triggered the moment I had a sip of the protein I had just mixed with 200 ml of water. It's genuinely one of the worst things I've ever had the horror of tasting. If you do make the mistake of purchasing this flavour, I strongly recommend you mix it with the maximum amount of water mentioned in the instructions, of 350 ml, just to make it slightly more bearable to chug down. My taste buds are traumatized, and rightly so. This is not what lemon cheesecake tastes like, by large margin.
Seems like a quality product. Mixes well, taste good and is the only powder which doesn't give me a bad stomach. No gas, stomach bubbles or diarrhea. I've tried loads of others with no luck. Avoid Huel protein as me and many others have had suprise explosions of the nether regions. Would recommend this product. My only slight critic is it could be more chocolatey, so I add a bit more cocoa.

As usual, Biotech USA's protein powder is super delicious mixed with plain water, and this flavor contains a bit of caffeine, which makes it perfect for the morning drink. Definitely helps with the muscles growing.I especially appreciate all essential amino acids and lactose free ingredients here. The internal seal was broken, so I cannot trust that the content is safe or even unadulterated. Completely unnaceptable for such an expensive product. To make it all more absurd, MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP will only accept a return, nothing else. So somehow I'll have to find a box for this, print the return label somewhere, and then send the package back so they can throw it in a dumpster upon arrival. I can see I'm not the only one complaining about this, so I would just advise anyone reading this to avoid buying this product from this seller.
