It's really impressive when I used it the first time in my pilates workout today. I could feel quick rehydrated and reenergized. I have been suffering with leg cramps and severe cramps in my feet. Headaches and dehydration. I kept loading up with magnesium which never really fixed it. Lots of water too. I got a sauna and started using 3-4 times a week and it got worse and worse. The headaches and cramps. Then I found this. Wow. Sorted. Headaches gone. Cramps gone. I drop it in my water all day long. With experience I can vary the number of drops needed. So on a day when I have walked for several hours I would take double dose, measured in drops, to counter loss due to sweating.
