BioTrue Multi-purpose Contact Lens Solution - Twin Pack

Great stuff. I've used a few deferent brands and types of contact lens solution. Some bottles have bad nozzles, some feel rough in the eyes, some smell a bit strange or strong. But this one is the stuff. Beautiful laminar flow out of the nozzle, very light and comfortable on my eyes, and doesn't have any strange smells. The bottle cap design is also very sturdy, and I'm never worried about it cracking when I try to shut it. I live in a dorm and carry it back-and-forth from the sink in a toiletry bag. It swings around in the bag while laying sideways or upside down and it never leaks. It's a bit more expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Biotrue Contact Lens Solution PINCHme sent me a sample of Bausch and Lomb Biotrue Contact Lens solution to try in exchange for my feedback. I haven’t used any contact lens solution in a while as I was prescribed daily disposable lenses. Consequently, it was refreshing to be able to try out this solution as my eyes, quite literally, felt refreshed when I popped my lenses back in after using it. I, personally, really enjoyed this solution not only for its ability to disinfect, but also because my lenses in my eyes felt pretty comfortable—and that’s saying a lot for my normally dry eyes! Do not like dropper bottle design

I received these BioTrue drops free in exchange for my honest review. I found that I do love the ingredients and find the drops very moisturizing so they do what they are intended to do. However, the innovative bottle which only releases one drop at a time is only good in theory in my opinion. I’m there with my head tilted, eye open ready to receive a drop and the drop is not coming and by the time it releases the single drop as it’s meant to do, it has taken so long that now my eye feels all dried out and is ready to blink and so it blinks shut and the drop misses my eye completely. User error perhaps but I’ve used drops for years and never had this issue before and kept trying. In return for receiving the sample, I am asked to leave an honest review, so here goes… I have been using the same contact lens solution for as long as I’ve worn contacts, which is Opti-Free Replenish. I have tried other solutions a handful of times throughout the years but never cared for any of them, so I stopped trying others out and stuck with Opti-Free, seemingly the only solution I could stand to use! Maybe I am just too used to the same thing, or maybe it truly was that much of a significant difference. I assumed my usual solution was providing me with great results, but now I question that! I continued to try this sample out each and every day, curious as to if the excellent results continued or if the results faded into disappointment. It’s been two weeks since I began using the sample and I’m excited to say that I was very happy with the end results every single day! I wish I could put it into words better, but if you wear contacts daily then I’m sure you fully understand how wonderful it is when your lenses feel clean, fresh as if they’re new, and rest on your eyes in a way that makes you forget they’re there… no awful burning, scratching feeling, agitation, etc. I can’t think of a single bad thing to say, and I also like the ingredients in this solution than what’s in Opti-Free. Oh, and the price is sweet!! I expected to see a higher price on this solution, reflecting the better product but it’s actually slightly cheaper than Opti-Free! I very much recommend giving this brand a try. I’m so very thankful that I decided to get the sample, breaking my stubborn opti-free devotion of many years.

I loved using BioTrue!

I received this free from PincHme for me to review for my honest opinion. I absolutely love the way BioTrue made my contacts feel after I soaked them overnight and put them back in the following morning. They were by far more moist then they have ever felt, they felt cleaner and appeared cleaner than they have ever been using other products, they went in so easily, & overall they just made my lenses feel completely refreshed and cleaner than anything I have ever used before. I have been a contact lens wearer for almost 15 years now, and I have tried every brand of solution you can think of through out the years, and nothing compares to Bausch Lomb's Bio True contact lens solution. Other brands have always left my contacts dirty/torn by the end of the day. But the most aggravating part about other contact solutions is that no matter how many times I add drops to each eye thru out the day as soon as my eyes start to feel dry and irritated, those solutions help. Explanation: I normally use another brand of contact lens solution. This product compared to my other brand, I prefer my other brand. I think my other brand does a better job than this product at helping my contacts stay moist and comfortable in my eyes. With this product, my lenses seemed to get cloudier and hazier quicker than with my usual brand. My mom also tried this with her 2-week lenses and didnt care for it. She had no complaints of cloudiness but did feel her contacts felt drier, and she needed to use rewetting eyedrops more frequently throughout the day. Bottom line: My mom and I won't be making the switch to this product, but, it's got an affordable price point, and so if you haven't found your ideal contact lens solution yet, and especially if you're into simpler and more natural products, this might be worth a try! I just want to start by saying that I have been wearing contacts for over 13 years and one can only imagine how many different solutions I’ve tried. I frequently have issues revolving around dry eyes and depending on the brand of contacts, I have major issues with my contacts getting foggy. I have tried several contact solutions and before BioTrue, my favorite solution was the peroxide solution because it would give my contacts a deep clean, however I didn’t like that you had to wait 6 hours before you put your contacts back in. I will forever use Bio True now as it is so much more convenient for someone on the go and most importantly, provides a vigorous clean without the harsh chemicals while leaving a super clean and refreshing feel! Others, just average with no really notable difference from one brand to another. Did I mention I have seasonal allergies, too? Well, I do. Normally the occasional really bad allergy day has me taking my eyeball coverings off and switching to glasses for the rest of the day as well as the next; there's simply too much discomfort otherwise.
