Not as good as the ones I make myself, but if I don't feel like cooking, they are a good substitute. Quick to heat up in an air fryer or oven and satisfying. I always have these in the freezer on standby. The vegetables are scanty.

This is a treat for me. I thoroughly enjoy eating this. When I first tried this a few months ago, it is now one of my regular purchases. Highly recommended.
Bits of veg in a vaguely fishy paste. No obvious fish content, no ocean taste, rather tastes like browned mashed potato.
Fish cakes used to be brilliant but now vary greatly in amount of fat. Sometimes they are great and have very little fat, other times I have to blot out excess fat with paper towelling. Taste is great and they are just as good cold for lunch the next day.
Usually make my own until I found these. Lovely ingredients inside. Crisp coating terrific with chilli sauce
