The fish is ok. The batter is light & crispy until I turn it over & it cooks in the oil which came out of the fish. The next time I put it on a rack but the same thing happened even though it was raised.

Unlike most battered foods today this product has a light coating of batter which is balanced perfectly with a decent portion of fish. Only thing to note is that the oven must be very hot or the moisture in the fish will prevent the batter from crisping up.

This is my favourite brand of fish to buy. The larger 1kg box is great value for money. The batter is also gently on young or sensitive teeth.
Disappointed by these as they had only a thin layer of fish and too much oily batter. The term lightly battered was misleading.
Bakes up superbly crisp in the oven and tastes nice, moist inside and light layer of batter. Pieces are a little small though - so definitely need 2 per person.
Great for a quick and easy dinner. 1 criticism is that 1 side is not crispy even if you flip them over mid cook. However, the quality of the fish is lovely.

Used to buy all of their similar fish products but shocked to see where some of the fish comes from now. So keeping a close eye on this - it it changes like some of the others I won't buy it.
Our "fur baby" loves fish too, she should be named "Just Right" as in "I will have what you are having"! I buy these for her, when my husband is enjoying a more expensive piece of fish!
