Would be a good mix of vegetables, except there are too many carrots compared to the other vegetables. So I have to buy broccoli & cauliflower separately to add to the many carrots.
If they could figure out how to freeze carrots without them coming out chewy and watery I would give 5 stars. But I've never had a good frozen carrot from any brand.
Vegetables are healthy for u and broccoli and cauliflower and carrots are so good for the system but if would add more broccoli and cauliflower and maybe spinach it would help me to eat more vegetables and u don't have to stand and start cutting when they are already cut for.
Quite nice but was light on with some cauliflower and quite a bit more carrots. Not enough balance.

The ratio is off. There is way too many carrots compared to broccoli and cauliflower. In addition to that, the carrots are also really thick so cooking time is different again compared to broccoli and cauliflower. By the time the carrots are properly cooked, the broccoli and cauliflower have almost turned into mush.
Easy to stream these fresh but pre-frozen veggies. Large pieces that can easily be cut to add into meals.
