Awesome stir fry mic grest to add to stiir fry chicken or beef. Just add to mear and put on a bed of rice. Absolutely delicious

love that it is handy when needed for a last minute meal. Veg does go too soft & lose some flavor, even in a stir fry. Water chestnuts stay crunchy, at least 60% Aussie veg used

I have a paper due for work yet here I am writing about frozen vegetables. You have to dedicate more time to cooking these than you think but they are seriously a great quick meal it’s meat and a sauce packet - kids don’t care they just eat it - parent for the win!!

Good mix of ingredients, the water chestnuts give the mix texture and crunch. Easy to use but tends to cook down (loses volume) to less than you expect.

The vegetables remain crisp when cooked. the pieces are a good size and require no further cutting. The variety was also good with no dominant vegetable in the bag. The flavour was great, Like freshly Picked vegetables

Stir frys are a favourite and I always purchase Birdseye, one of the times I prefer quality over price. Always a good assortment of veg. I do like the Birdseye Chinese stir fry veg but my Woolworths only stocks the Oriental

This is the perfect base for any stir fry if you can't get all of the ingredients you need. I've found that it makes for a quick and spontaneous meal. Always guaranteed a great dish to be served up

What's not to love about frozen vegetables? I cheat with these when making stir fry. While the meat is cooking I pop the vegies in a microwave to thaw, then add to the stir fry with the sauce. Easy!

My parents absolutely love this and prefer to have these over any other veggies. If it didn't have water chestnuts it would be 5 stars for sure
