The footbed has an extra layer of foam for additional comfort throughout the day. The sandals have two straps with adjustable metal pin buckles. They also have an EVA sole. The deep heel cup provides support for the foot tissue and holds the heel bone in its natural position. The heel mould activates the calf muscles and stabilises the back of the foot. The longitudinal arch supports on the interior and exterior of the footbed surround the tarsal bones. The transverse arch support in the middle of the footbed stabilises the metatarsal bone. The raised indentations at the front of the footbed near the toes provide grip and support the natural rolling motion of the toes.
