They are pretty durable, extremely comfortable and I wear them basically everywhere. If you're a person that loves to wear slides, this is well worth the purchase.

I've been wanting a pair of Birkenstock sandals since I was a teenager but held off on buying them because of the price. Now that I'm in my 40s and having foot pain from years of wearing heels and cheap shoes, I've made the purchase and love them. Although I think they will take a few wears to break in fully, they were comfortable and fit perfectly on the first wear. I feel supported yet cool and airy in this summer heat. Love my new birks.

This stye is so much more comfortable and the sole is not hard, but soft, yet supportive. I also appreciate Nordstrom's exchange policy as I initially ordered a size too big. The advice on the Birkenstock website says to add 31 to your U.S. shoe size and if between, round up, but that was too big for me. I thought since I am size 6.5 that I needed to round up to 38, but 37 is actually the right size for me!

I had foot problems years ago and my doctor said "never be barefoot" and insisted I wear (clean, unused) Birkenstocks inside the house- I did wear a clean pair inside and I became ADDICTED to them. Now I have indoor and outdoor pairs. I've bought a variety of pairs to wear indoor OR outdoor and it doesnt ever seem to matter what the footbed is- if its the cork, "soft slide" or not, it does the trick. I haven't had foot problems since!

The Arizona normally comes in the “wide” Birkenstock width; narrow is *not* the default.Their statement, which proposes the narrow as the new default, only adds to the tall skinny athletic outdoor woman stereotype of the outdoor industry. This is disappointing. I’m quite close to the outdoor athletic climber stereotype, and I even have average to narrow feet, but this narrow is too narrow.I love REI (I give them soo much $$). This is my first pair and I'm anxiously anticipating when they are broken in. I usually buy a cushy type of sandal/shoe but keep coming back to these for the cute style. It's the exact look I wanted I almost purchased Dansko sandals that look like Birks but are a cushier footbed. In the end, I preferred the color in the Birkenstock. I chose the mocha with the rose gold buckles. These will be my go to sandals this summer so I hope I chose right. I'll give 5 stars because I know they are quality but I'm still unsure how supportive or comfortable they will be wearing all day. Wish me luck!! Happy Birthday to me!! Btw, I'm 58. Old feet!! I looooove these! I’m a true 7 and ordered the 37 and they fit perfectly! I was a little concerned about the width but they are totally fine (my feet are very much medium width). I could see how these could be too narrow for wide feet though. I love the suede, imo it’s more stylish than the classic leather Birkenstocks. I will definitely dress these up and down. So excited about these!
I have lost count of the number of Arizona Birkenstocks I have bought over the years so it figures - I love them. They're comfortable, hard wearing and they're "my look". I know my size and I'm "regular" fit. No problems there. My only hesitation with this pair was the description. In the picture I could see what appeared to be tan suede Birkies. This was exactly what I was looking for. However, Bstore described them as "orange". I vacillated for days until I took the plunge. The package arrived very quickly, as always, and I held my breath as I tore open the packaging. Whew!!!!! They looked just like the picture. They are fabulous!! 5/5 as usual. Thank you Bstore but perhaps rethink "orange"?
These felt really comfortable, but I had to return them. The end of the shoes where you toes go is at a very steep angle. My toes are not arranged that way. If you're like me with long toes, perhaps the second longer than your bigger toe, you'll probably need to pass on this shoe. I normally wear Chacos, and the almond shaped toe looks totally fine with my toes.

The suede straps will stretch more than the ones with leather straps (I also ordered one pair of these), so I will tighten the straps on the suede pairs 3 holes in from the right outside, and the leather straps 2 holes in from the right outside. I’m thinking if I tightened the leather straps to the 3rd hole, I may get some blisters until they are broken in. If the leather straps loosen too much over time (I doubt they will), I can always tighten them 1 hole in. If the suede straps loosen too much over time, I can always tighten them 1 hole in as well.Very cute shoes....so glad I decided to order them!
