An old love of mine
I used to have a pair of these that I wore to death. Then I ventured off to Naot and Vionic. A while back I got a pair of these Arizona's in plastic, which came in handy if I was putting on foot cream and didn't want to slide my greased up feet into my Vionic slippers. Nordstrom gifted me a note and I spent it on these really lovely Arizona Birko-Flor Slide Sandals. I could have worn them the week before this last one, but the temp are back down and that makes me want to wear socks and clogs. When it heats back up, I'll be living in these Birkenstocks. I am a true Euro 39 size wise and I appreciate it when manufacturers don't make me guess between 8, 8.5 and 9. Looking at YOU, Blondo.... Show more

Bummed I have to return them
I'm so bummed that I just bought these birks yesterday in the Nordstrom Rack w no discount of course and the piece that goes in the hole to buckle is broken off or bent so it won't go in or stay. I'm so bummed since this was the one and only pair that they had that fit me. I'm actually sad that I have to return them. it's so hard to see but you can tell by comparing the both that it's too short to go in the hole! I never even got to wear them! I guess that's why they were still left and not sold already.... Show more

Classic
I'd gotten away from the classic Arizona style in the past few years, and these shoes are a good reminder of why I loved them in the first place. They're comfortable straight out of the box and they look adorable. I have Morton's neuromas in both feet and I also have uncooperative arches. I can stand and walk all day long at school without problems in Birks. I like the gold color with the big buckle. They're slightly snazzier than my usual brown leather. The gold and the buckles kick it up a notch.... Show more

Feeling the love for my Birkenstocks!
Have not worn Birkenstocks in many years but wanted to give them another try. I read on Google that you have to start by wearing them an hour a day and increase the time for the next two weeks where they will feel comfortable as they form to your feet and your feet get used to them. So, it took about three weeks but they are oh, so very comfortable and supportive now that I went out and bought a second pair! They always look great with a pair of flared or bell bottom jeans or jean shorts. Very happy with them and I have noticed that my lower back does not hurt as often since I started wearing them.... First time Birkenstocks buyer
Purchased my first pair of birkes this June..I like that they feel sturdy, they do have some good traction at the bottom so I won’t be doing any sliding around. I’m still getting used the to actual inside sole of the sandals..but apparently it’ll mold to my exact foot pattern. Seems like it does get dirty quick..which I accidentally got them wet from spilling something and it kinda left a stain. Either way still enjoy them right now. I do love the color comb. Got a psi for my hubs too..no complaints from him lol... Show more

Gold for the win!
I bought these in the gold & love them! I’m glad I went in person to a DSW when in FL on vacay. Thought I’d like the pearl, but it wasn’t a good color for my pale skin tone. lol! The gold color compliments jeans, a casual summer dress or evening black skirt & top. Bork’s fit a little bigger so I went a 1/2 size down. These will be a summer favorite!... Show more

Great Support
I recently broke my toe and needed a sandal that had lots of support and would help me while my foot was healing.I normally wear a size 7 shoe so I ordered a 38. This size was uncomfortable and too large. I ordered the 37 and it fit much better. I was told that the sandal starts off stiff and uncomfortable because it needs time to break in and form to your foot. The sandals are still new, but definitely more comfortable now that they are broken in a bit. I would definitely recommend trying these on in the store before purchasing to get the right size.... Narrow NOT Regular
I LOVE these birks. I wear them all year round. However, I recently ordered a new pair and they were too narrow. They are the size I normally wear so I was confused. The box said that they were narrow, but I was sure I had ordered a regular. I looked back at the product description and it says "medium." After looking at the Birkenstock website, I realized that they sell two sizes "narrow/medium" and "regular/wide". So just be warned, these are not the regular width Birkenstocks so size up! Still great shoes though!... Show more

Too Narrow Not Medium Width
I used to love Birkenstocks but recently they have narrowed them. Why when you already offer medium and narrow in most. I took pics of my black two strap Birks bought 2 years ago lined up with these. Big difference. I tried uploading but the website wouldn’t let me.So women with a wide feet can’t get them in cute colors anymore I guess. Time to look for a new brand... Show more

Width sizing information inaccurate
i love birkenstocks but i will never buy them from DSW again. the description on the dsw website says "The shoe’s fit is medium width but listed by Birkenstock as Narrow Fit or Regular Fit on the item box." This is not really accurate. Birkenstocks come in 2 widths: narrow/medium and regular/wide. When you order them from DSW you do not get a choice, it's just a random pick between the two. Narrow/medium is too narrow for me so i need to order them directly from Birkenstock or go in store and hope that they happen to have the correct width in stock in order to be sure I will get regular/wide width....
