Let’s start with positives, they are high quality, with both the exterior and interior materials. I tend to wear mine as house slippers so I cannot attest to their longevity in the outside world. The sole of them offers good traction, and the footbed is the classic Birkenstock style, with it conforming to your foot for support. Now for the negative, they are a wee bit snug so I would recommend sizing up. Overall a wonderful product!

Ordered a size up from my Gizeh which was the right call for sizing but they’re too narrow and the footbed is so hard. The arch of the footbed is also really high and dig into my arches. Birkenstock was really lazy with these. The hard footbed wouldn’t work for me regardless but the fur adds bulk and height to the arches so these are really only going to be feasible for people with super high arches who like hard footbeds. Hard pass.

I wear birks all summer and this is the perfect shoe for fall and winter, I love them.I bought my normal size. They are a little snug when you first try them on, but they WILL stretch. Buy your normal size, the suede does stretch. I was hesitant at first, I thought they were too small but I wore them around the house and they fit like a glove by nights end. Wear with socks or without. You'll love them as much as you do your summer birks! They look great with jeans!

Absolutely love these shearling clogs. I typically wear a Euro 36 (US size 6 running shoe) and first bought a pair of the "Regular" width clogs which are a dream. I bought these ones for my daughter and they only had "narrow" width. I was concerned they would be too narrow, as I prefer lots of room in the toe box for healthy feet, regardless of whether the foot is narrow or not. However, these narrow width shoes fit my small (but wide) size 6 feet just fine. I have read other reviewers who suggest the narrow is too narrow, especially with the shearling, and I can see how they would feel that way, but having owned the regular width (2 years and running), I can vouch that the shearling does pack down and eventually start to diminish, so the initial coziness won't ... MoreAbsolutely love these shearling clogs. It doesn't in any way diminish my love of the shoe though! My threadbare (of shearling) Bostons are still going strong, and are still as comfortable as ever. I can't resist wearing around my daughter's lovely new ones from time to time, but mine still feel great once on having molded completely to my feet. We wear these as indoor slippers on hardwood floors although I envision turning mine into outdoor shoes down the road, when they look more like a Boston without shearling -- and getting a new pair with the lining! Even then, I'd think mine would last years more...
Let me start by saying that I LOVE Birkenstocks — or at least, I’ve historically loved Birks. I have many pairs of their sandals, and I am solidly a size 37 in all — we’re talking Cinderella, perfect fit, foot nirvana.I ordered these in an 37 without a second thought and eagerly awaited the arrival of what I thought would be the perfect winter Birk. Cue the disappointment.First, the color is off — or my expectations were. I expected them to be similar to chestnut Uggs. Not. Even. Close. And the suede itself is very rough and edgy. But onto the fit. These are not my glass slippers of yore. These are stiff, clunky, narrow and feel incredibly cheap. I have flat, narrow feet so for a shoe to be narrow for me, it’s REALLY narrow. And the sole just didn’t have that hug-your-foot feeling that my other Birks had right out of the box — even the lower end waterproof Birks I bought for the beach feel more substantial. These shoes were a miss for me overall — they just didn’t fit correctly. And if this was a blindfolded fit test, I never would have guessed they were Birks. I’m hoping these issues are limited to the shearling/clog versions and not a sign of what’s to come with the summer sandals.
I wanted these shoes so bad! My feet have entered a whole new level of bummer, working from home and being barefoot most of the time... has made regular shoes painful. Stilettos 5 days a week for 30 years probably didn't help, but I digress. I need something to wear in the house during the day while working from home. It's been a minute since I bought Birks so I figures I should measure first. I went to the Birk site and found I am somewhere between a 6.5/7 went with the 37. I'm not sure if it's the sherpa lining or just the shoe is built but it felt tight. I did not order the narrow shoe. While I'm sure with some wear it would mold to my foot, however ...I like to wear socks so I'm not sure that would work long term.... and probably too warm. Great shoe, superior comfort, well made, awesome support. Just not for me. I went ahead and ordered the same one without the sherpa lining. I've no doubt they will be my new favorite
This is my 6th pair of Birkenstocks. My posture, my arches, my legs and feet feel amazing in them. Be it the Arizona sandal or the Boston clog. These sandals are perfect.Wearing thong sandals causes bunions. Want to improve your bunions, get these babies. As a heads up, the mens are D for width making them wider. Make sure you order the B/Narrow to ensure you get Women’s.I hate seeing the poor reviews because they are amazing shoes.Few know this, but you have to slowly work your way into wearing all day. The shoes adapt to your body and stance— this is why they can be painful the first few wears. Another is that these shoes can’t be wet, they make a pair for wet situations. In my case, I sized up one size because I sometimes wear socks with my Stocks. If I didn’t wear socks, I would have stayed with a size 39 (I sized up to a 40 and kept the larger size). I wear a size 39 in my regular Birkenstock Boston’s, without the shearling, and they fit perfectly. In the size 39 with the shearling, my heel was right on the edge, but with socks they fell over the edge, so I’m returning the 39’s.These are very comfortable clogs! I have Ugg slippers too, but these provide much more support when I stand at my desk while working from home.I’m going to recommend these to my mom and sister that have foot and knee pain because these are just so much more supportive than Uggs.If you see these comfy clogs in the size and color you want, I recommend ... MoreIn my case, I sized up one size because I sometimes wear socks with my Stocks. Super soft and supportive! I wear a 36 in Birk sandals and ordered these in size 36 since it was the only size left, even though reviews recommended sizing up. I was prepared to return them but they fit perfect without socks on my very average width feet. So happy to get them on sale and kudos to Bloomingdales for taking extra care to package them so nicely. (Truly a step up from my previous experience so maybe Bloomies quality control is taking a turn for the better!) The color, Pink clay is cute and cheery, normally I would have preferred mink, but the sale price was too good to pass up.
Have these shoes from last year Received in second color as a gift this year. Nordstrom only obviously carried in narrow this year. Why? That info should have been more prominently noted with online purchases! A huge width difference felt immediately. Note in comments others surprised to have received narrow width. Now a return to be made and purchase, hopefully, somewhere else.
