I am hopeful that this will change with use, but for now it is very uncomfortable and very limiting to how long I can keep these on. The next thing I noticed is that as nice as the color is, if anything drips on it whether it's water, soap, coffee, tea, or anything, it leaves unsightly stains on the shoe which are not easy to clean.I do hope that as I spend more times wearing these, my experience will improve, but for now, I can't recommend, especially not at the current price point.

Shoes arrived today in a smashed taped up Birkenstock box. This is a gift for a grad and box is NOT presentable. I called customer service and had to ask multiple times for some type of refund, I was refunded $14. You would think for $145 shoes box would arrive in good condition. Now I must seek alternative on how to gift these shoes. Please be aware and know it may not arrive in good condition.

Really wanted to love these but the right foot is very uncomfortable- not sure if it’s a fault. The inside of the shoe on my right foot (where the buckle is) seems to be perpetually rubbing against my foot which is very uncomfortable. The left foot is fine which makes me think it’s a fault with the shoe. As I’ve now worn them I don’t think Office will help so stuck with them. :/

This is my 2nd purchase of Birkenstock Boston Clogs, I also own the colour Faded Khaki. This Taupe coloured is amazing as it is a perfect neutral that can worn with many colours & styled with many I love Birkenstock, the more you wear them, the comfier they become. As a suffer with back issues, being able stylish footwear that is comfortable too & doesn’t aggravate my chronic issues is a win for. Worth every penny, they will last for years.It’s definitely worthwhile purchasing the care kit to protect & clean your Birkenstocks

I ordered these birks because I wanted a new pair of clogs with the soft footbed like the item description states. When I received them they did not have the soft footbed and are incorrectly listed. They are just normal Birkenstocks. I did love the color of them…almost kept them for that reason but ended up returning after arguing with several customer service members that did not understand that Birkenstock has a separate clog with the soft footbed, which these are not.

I love the fit, comfort, and style of the Boston clogs. And the light rose color was beautiful. But returned them because of the horrible condition I received them in. Box was completely demolished because it was not packed properly. Came in only a sealed plastic envelope. This seems to be happening more frequently. Nordstrom, you can do better!

The color is beautiful, the fit is great, and I can tell they'd be really comfortable. But I specifically ordered these to have the classic buckle, which is what's in all the listing pictures. The ones that arrived have the rivet, which I really don't like (and based on other reviews, don't seem to hold up well). Bummed that I'll have to haul over to the store to do an exchange and hope that they have the grey suede with a buckle instead.

I got these for my husband and debated about getting them in his regular size 9. I went with that and unfortunately they were too big. I returned them and purchased the Birkenstock Zermatt that looked more like a slipper. I had liked that shoe initially but I thought these would be more practical and I liked the grey. We ordered the other shoe in both 8 and 9 so he will at least get one that fits. I liked theBoston Desert Clog but it was just too big. When I returned them, they didn't have the 8 in this color. My husband went with the beige in the Birkenstock Zermatt.
