A cup-shaped groove at the heel of the shoe bed provides support for the tight back heel to effectively protect the ankle, while conforming to the arch of the foot, dispersing gravity and reducing foot pressure. A "toe groove" is set on the front to maintain a comfortable position of the toes and achieve a natural bend of the foot when walking. The edge of the shoe bed is raised to enhance the protection of the toes.
