Would have been good except had not tried on before ordering due to social distancing. Size 41 in this style did not equate closely to Size 41 in my other closed in shoes The London. So have returned this latest pair & will await new stock in size 40. I will need them for ability to wash them thoroughly after work in Emergency Department in hospital. Tried Bogs but inadequate footbed support for long days at work. Just need confirmation that $$s are back in my account. Thank you.

Bought this for work as I am on my feet nearly 10hrs of the day, not including home care for the babes. I have ridiculously flat feet and I have tried many different shoes and tons of moo-lah to properly support me. After one week, my lower extremities don't ache at the end of the day, my posture is better and the molding has not warped. I've gotten lots of complements from other associates in the field.Sucky part is they don't come in half sizes. It took me a while to get use to looking at them, because at first I felt like I was wearing clown shoes with the big bulbous toes and I wish there was a heel strap when I need to be in a hurry. They run a bit big. Width is true and maybe a little wider.
I've worn Birkenstock sandals for years and I love them. These clogs, however, are not sandals. The arch support is fine, the polyurethane material that these clogs are made of is stiff an unforgiving. I have a hammer toe and the shoe rubs several of my toe joints to the point of them being raw. I wear heavy socks and corn pads which help to a certain extent, but being on my feet 10 plus hours a day makes the pain sometimes unbearable. I'll never buy shoes p, without trying them on first, again. If they were leather they would have some give, but alas they are not. The one clog that I wear on my good foot feels great but this stupid hammer toe makes it hard to find good shoes anyway. My next pair of Birkenstock clogs will definitely be leather.
The product thought was there, but they are not functional enough. They are VERY heavy. They are flopping off my heal, but the length is shaped funny up front because my toes are hitting the curve. The material is solid, durable in appearance. The insert is replaceable. I really like the overall design. I even like the imprint of the bedding structure. I'm saying true to size because of the flopping/my toes hit the top... IDK. You'll get some exercise for sure 😂
This is a great shoes if you are working in the kitchen. Slip resistant and its durable compared to other brands I tried. Only complain is that the sizing is somewhat misleading. It states that its a womens shoes. I went with womens 10/eu41 which is mens 8-8.5 after chatting with the customers representative, it wound up being super big. I returned it and ordered womens 8/39 and womens 9/40, womens 8/39 happened to fit perfectly for my 8-8.5 feet(men). So I don’t recommend going with womens sizing. Also none of near by Nordstroms carried them so trying out wasn’t a option. Not so convenient purchase as I had to order 3 pairs paying almost $300 in a week to replace my old pair asap. Only if the old shoes sizing at the bottom didnt rub off I’d have saved all this trouble.
I have bought this same shoe for decades. It has been the only shoe I wear most all the time. I work in the medical field. The last pair I bought are way too stiff. They used to be a little stiff for a short time and would break in and be fine. They must of changed the polyurethane they are using. They are too stiff to wear regularly and do not seem to soften up. I wore them to a 3 day outdoor music festival with lots of walking and was left with sore feet for days.

I purchased orthotics and 250 $ shoes to no avail. I also had an ingrown toenail so I wanted some space in the toe to let it heal.My husband suggested these and I decided to give them a try. I also walk through an area where the floor can be slick and these are awesome, the only shoes I feel safe in.In 2 days my life really changed with these shoes.They are hard enough in the upper foot/toe covering that when I accidentally kicked a door, it did not damage my foot or hurt toe.It is really REALLY comfortable to slip these on. I can tell that in the right size I’ll LOVE these clogs. However, the sizing description says to order 1 size down and I ended up returning to size down yet again. I’m typically a 9, sometimes even a 9.5 (Everlane and vagabond run small) but in these even the 8 was too roomy. Because of the clog style you really want a perfect fit, otherwise walking and keeping the shoe on is tough and uncomfortable. Can’t wait to get the smaller pair in so I can wear them to campus on rainy days!
