BISOLVON CHESTY FORTE 100 TABLETS Overview The Bisolvon Chesty Forte range contains the single active ingredient bromhexine that thins, loosens and clears mucus from the chest to relieve stubborn chest congestion and chesty coughs. Directions for Use Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet three times a day (can be increased to 2 tablets three times a day for the first 7 days). Children over 6 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day. Use in children 6 – 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. Do not use in children under 6 years. Ingredients Contains bromhexine hydrochloride 8mg per tablet. Had a cough for 3 weeks couldn't get rid of it my sister told me to get bisolven chesty forte and they worked really well. Would recommend them for any one with a chesty cough that won't get rid of phlegm....

Compared to the syrup (which is convenient when your throat hurts), this one gives more value for money as my daughter and I can share it without breaking the bank and still enjoy the same benefit of loosening mucus. It is also better than other formulation put there as this one does not force you to cough it out.

This is a wonderful help to break up phlegm on my chest. This winter has been a harsh one. And also having asthma, I would struggle without Bisolvon, the best help I have found to clear my chest.
Strong reliever for a persistent chesty cough. One tiny table 3 times a day. It’s much easier to carry a strip of tablets than a liquid cough medicine and measuring glass for lunch time dose. Much more pleasant than nasty tasting liquid cough medicine.
Great stuff, really helps break up mucus and allow coughing to clear stuff out. I wouldn’t be without them! I much prefer these to sugary cough syrups. These are tiny tablets and easy to swallow.

I have used this product especially through winter for a few years now and it is fantastic. It does the job so well especially felt when you are sick. My adult daughter with disabilities cannot blow her nose out or spit and this product has stopped the regurgitation and vomiting of a build up of phlegm.Its a health life saver all around.

I bought this medicine yesterday. I am very happy to use this medicine And I am a covid patient. when I inhale and cold in the chest I will cough. I ate bisolvon 3 times a day, my cough stopped. My chest was clear. No phlegm. I like this tablet medicine. syrup medicine is not effective for me. I highly recommend this medicine.
