We have engineered timber floors (throughout the house) and could not get them "looking" clean. Whilst it took a couple of cleans they are looking like new. Very impressed with the SpinWave. However, I should mention that we did use a product recommended by our local Carpet Court for engineered timber floors. We put the product in a spray bottle and simply sprayed the floor lightly and moved the spinwave over the floor. I believe that if you put in the machine bottle, you may void your warranty. (Note: we did use this product with a Vileda hand held spray mop - it was ok but no where as good as the spinwave). Definitely worth the extra money over the "manual" option.

This mop is a lifechanger. No more pushing a mop back and forward. This mop eases across my hard and tiled floors cleaning better than my previous manual push mop. Definitely worth the money. I actually love washing my floors now. Only downside is it goes for only 25 minutes before it needs to be recharged.

We have owned every type of mop under the sun. My favorite was a little yellow steam mop i had in 2005 and lost in a move. We have tried with many failed attempts to replace it and then took a chance with something new and tried the Bissell SpinMop. It is just as good as my little yellow steam mop, but much more convenient to use as it is cordless. Its also very quick and efficient to use and mopping is no longer a chore. Its a quick walk around the house next to the mop and the house is done - the mop pretty much walks itself.
This mop is really easy to operate. The handle is easy to manoeuvre around corners and edges and the clean is great. Leaves no residue behind when using the cleaning solution and as far as I can tell the finish is streak-free. I’ve only given a 4 star rating however as the battery life isn’t as long as I’d hoped for. Granted, the area which I’m trying to clean is larger than the average house, it takes 2 rounds (2 full charges) to finish my tiles. Battery lasts about 20-25 minutes FYI.
Love it. Busy mum with little boys here - always messy floors. It makes it quick and super easy on the back to get the floors looking great again. Everything is well made. I received two sample floor cleaners with the purchase, and I've already repurchased the full 1L sizes. Battery lasts ages - I have done the whole house of floorboards and tiles and still had charge.
So far this appliance has been excellent and does exactly what the adverts say it can. It's very easy to use. I have hard wood floors and mopping with a standard mop was difficult and time consuming. With the Bissell it is so easy, very little effort and far less time. I hope it continues to impress. The special cleaning solution is a bit pricey though.

I did lots of research on this and it got great reviews but after having a few months I hate it so much! I feel like it doesn’t actually clean the floors properly. They are still dirty and have marks on them after cleaning. It takes ages to charge up so I have to do my floors in two parts. And now after only a few months one of the pads has stopped spinning. I’ve had steam mops most of my home-owning life and even the cheap ones performed a million times better. So disappointed considering how much this thing cost. The worst.
great concept if you have the time and patience..!!! battery power is literally half cast, being a house of 3 blokes it cleans reasonably but takes way too long. household of 3 tradies you can imagine state of kitchen floor area…! so yeh theres two tank levels with the cleaning fluid bottle, with a completely charged battery have only ever managed use the entirety of the lower level fill. gives a reasonable clean but for the price of the machine would’ve expected better. two cans and battery is out, has a long charge time in comparison to most trade tooling, doesn’t get into the grout to give a complete clean but does give tiles a good scrub, would be better if hard wired for sure.
