This is ideal for anyone who doesn't have carpet flooring. The charge dock is very interesting because the device fits perfectly onto the dock and you plug in the adapter go the docking station. Then plug it into any normal outlet. This doesn't take up a lot of space and it makes my floors spotless. It will let me know when the battery is low with a blue flash light. This came with a very handy brush and strainer which makes it much easier and quicker to clean it. Not to mention it has a self cleaning mode. You have to recline the device in order for it to start working. I then select if I want low or high water flow and it automatically dispenses the fluid + water mix. Then I push it forward and backwards to get the job done. Being that this is cordless, I can get into places I normally can't reach unlike other machines I've owned before. Also I don't have to worry about any cords getting tangled or not reaching. For a nice deep clean, I used the high mode which you will see the liquid on the floor. This is suppose to happen. You want to let it soak in for at least five minutes before going over it. For really stuck on stains, I had to repeat this process a few times. This machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I definitely would recommend buying this Crosswave by Bissell! I am still learning how to use the machine after having a little over a week and I did watch a few videos on how to remove the brush roll. I also like how you put the solution and water in the top part and the dirty water dispenses on the bottom. I've had zero issues with this leaking. Also if you tend to have a lot of hair on the floor, make sure to check the brush roll so you can cut off any hair that has tangled on the roll. I do wish it came with an extra brush roll but that is ok because I can find parts for this very easily. Do not make the mistake of over filling the top water tank. There are two lines, one for the water and one for the Bissell solution. I love that this comes with a 18 month warranty. Do not forget to fill out the warranty card and mail it out or you won't have any warranty. Bissell has their own support team that you can either email or call with questions or concerns. The price of this machine is a little pricey, but after trying I definitely understand why. It actually works! So far so good.

I love my Bissel CrossWave Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac! It has become my everyday cleaning device for keeping my floors spotless and clean. I used to use a spin mop and steam vac for keeping my floors looking good but the CrossWave has quickly replaced them. I like that the CrossWave is cordless and that it can be used all over my house including on hardwood floors, tile AND on my area rugs. It picks up pet hair and dust like a magnet and disperses the perfect amount of water so floors dry quickly- generally less than 3 mintues. Now I will say this vacuum is almost perfect but there is a few things to consider- the vacuum will only run on the wet/ dry function and not just the dry function alone. While it did a good job of pulling a lot of dirt off the floor, it didn't pick up everything. We have a toddler and several areas of dried milk did not come off after several passes. The machine specific cleaner leaves the floor feeling smooth, not sticky like some cleaners which is good. Additionally, you have to clean out the machine and clean the roller after each use and let dry for 24 hours, which takes time and effort. This could be a product that could be leveraged as a once or twice a week deep cleaner but for quick wipe ups I would still use swifter wet jet. Ok so I bought the corded crosswave… the green and white one. It definitely had more cleaning power because it’s corded and the roller had brushes on it too. It was defective (I returned two of them), so I bought this one for more money but I’m glad I did so far. It didn’t clean up everything but neither did the other one I just have to go over some things a few mor e times but it’s worth it if it means I don’t have to sweep and mop or use a rag for messes! Love the cordless!!! It definitely had. A much smaller clean and dirty tank than the other one I bought before but I have a smaller house so it’s not a big deal and I honestly don’t see it being an issue for most people. It takes several hours to fully charge, so if you have a big house you will have break it up into a couple days of uses. It's probably enough if you keep up on cleaning the floors. The water container didn't seem it was big enough but it depends on which setting you use. The heavy setting will use more water but that's really only meant for hard to get up messes. They both spit out the same amount of solution and they both left streaks on the floor so no matter how many times I went over the floors there was still many spots left. The self-propelled feature was very nice! I did find that handy and I did not have any issues with that. It is also very easy to take apart and clean when you're finished with your job. It's a very nice cordless vacuum mop but it just has a few kinks it needs to work out! I would recommend this product for only quick messes that need to be cleaned up and not deep cleaning.

This is incredibly easy to set up and use. It came with a small size of Bissell floor cleaner that was easy to add to water in the tank. It comes with a charging station so I can move around freely without having to search for an outlet. It glides across my floors effortlessly as it cleans and sanitizes. My floors are almost completely dry after I use this. It has great suction power and acts as a vacuum too. I LOVE my new Bissell CrossWave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac. My husband and I could not be happier. We have several types of flooring in our home and the Bissell performed very well on each surface. This little machine is so amazing! We have lots of kids and dogs coming and going all throughout the day so you could imagine how pitiful our floor might look! When we received the Bissell CrossWave Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, we had already mopped our kitchen floor the day before. My son wanted to see how it was used so we got it out and used it!
