I researched these small lightweight hoovers alot before I bought one. Have been using it for a week now and it's the best thing I've bought in ages!!!! It is so light and so easy to use, the suction is amazing. I have a long haired dog and it picks up all the hairs easily. If you have really thick pile carpet it won't work as the suction is so good that it wouldn't move! Brilliant on floors, rugs and my old carpet. Use an old toothbrush to clean filter, I empty mine every 3/4 hoovers as have dog hair.

Amazing little hoover! It is so easy to assemble, and easy to use. Emptying it is just a quick click of a button. This little machine couldn't be made simpler! I just love it. The suction on it is very impressive. It does a very good job at cleaning up mess on carpet, fluffy rugs and hard floor, without needing to fiddle with settings or adjustment pieces. I am really pleased with this machine. It has proved to be of a very good quality, and the low price was an absolute blessing! I would highly recommend, and would most certainly purchase again! 5 star product!

I love my Bissell 2024E Vacuum cleaner. It is easy to use and very compact. The only thing I would have liked on it was a roller on the bottom to help it glide across the carpet easier. Other than that, it is an excellent product for the money. Well done Bissell. You've excelled yourselves again!

This 2-in-1 vacuum cleaner is great at what it claims to do. As an upright cleaner for hard floors, it is easy to manoeuvre and highly effective. As a hand-held cleaner it is great for the car, with the thin nozzle head being long enough to get down beside the seats. It is also great value, and easy to empty. Some posted comments on poor performance on carpets rather miss the point!

Its effective and works on carpets and hard floors equally well. On carpets, simply push the vacuum away on the wheels at the back of the floor tool and pull towards you to remove dirt. Emptying is very easy. Resembling requires that you relocate the back catch first, then the front. Filters are washable...and they certainly get dirty in my house! The cable is long enough for quick jobs...and for anything else I always use an extension cable. The pick up is powerful. Two minor downsides. Brilliant little hoover, light and easy to carry/ Previously had an old Dyson that was hard to lug around and didn't get to tiny specs like talcum powder. This hoover is so handy! Had purchased a reconditioned hoover from ebay but it didn't work so was a bit cautious ordering another, but this item has exceeded expectations! It doesn't hold a lot so you have to empty it a bit more frequently - that's the only issue but a small one compared to the products excellent efficiency! Over the moon with it - came a few days after ordering and was in great condition - virtually new other than the box!
This little vacuum is fantastic, it is light and easy to use with great suction. Works on both hard floor and carpet but its a bit of a work out on the carpet due to the great suction. It detaches into a mini car type vacuum really easily which makes it great for the stairs. Although corded it is quite long, its enough to plug in and reach all your stairs top to bottom. I was so impressed I bought two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.
This vacuum is noisy and the power lead is rather short. It is excellent on hard floors but not really suitable for carpets. It is good for stairs with an extension lead and gets into corners well. Suction is powerful and it does the job I bought it for. Overall, useful, reliable and good value.
I purchased this so I wouldn't have to keep lugging my very heavy hoover upstairs to do the bedrooms. Well, it is indeed lightweight but I couldn't believe it when I first tried it, it will pick up absolutely nothing from the carpets! It's fine on hard floors but try to hoover the rugs and its the same story. Any debris it does pick up from the wooden floors doesn't actually go into the canister but instead just collects around the filter. The cable is also prohibitively short meaning you should always have an extension cable handy. Very disappointed with this. A complete waste of money!
