This bottle is magic. It’s a must have for pet owners. Did not discolor my light colored carpet. I sprayed this to pretreat a heavier soiled area before steam cleaning. I let it set as I got my machine ready to clean (about 5-10 minutes) and the stain was completely gone! I still steam cleaned, but wow this stuff works! It smells great too. This works great for all stains, new and old. I used on an older stain, steamed cleaned, and could hardly see the stain… BUT this stuff keeps working and slowly lightens the stain. So don’t be scared to let it sit all day or overnight on those pesky stains.

I have purchased many products for STAIN and odor, but there is NOT ONE of those products that can beat BISSELL PET PRO OXY STAIN DESTROYER.,Not only is it superior to all the others on the market the PET PRO does not take the color out of the carpeting as the others did.I highly recommend the PET PRO to anyone that has a new puppy or a grown up dog. This works better than any other.I gave a bottle to my cousin and she could not believe how well it worked.The PET PRO OXY STAIN Destroyer is my go to product when my puppy has an accident. I know it will do the job and not leave any residue behindThank you BISSELL.

Thought this would be great but sadly disappointed. I used a blacklight to see all the stains left on the carpet by the dog. It is amazing what shows up when you use a black light. After using the Pretreat and then shampooing, the stains were still there. Absolutely no change. I honestly thought Bissell would have done a better job.

With that said we accumulated stains from over the years not only from the pets but two kids growing up. This is probably my favorite thing about this product (besides removing the old stains) is the scent. Certain scents can trigger a migraine and the smell of this spray is one of the best smelling cleaners I have used. Its not a harsh chemical scent that overpowers everything, that can lead to problems. This product will be a must in my house from now on & anyone else who has kids/pets. I receive this product in exchange for my honest unbiased review.
We had no idea what the brown/black stains were throughout the house. Possible spilled soda, possible cat vomit, possible toddler pee. Who knows in a crazy household. Some were tiny spots, nothing larger than the circumference of an orange, but still something that was starting to bother us. We got this, sprayed it on the spots, let it set for about 15min, then ran our Bissell carpet cleaner over it. Next day-GONE. NO STAINS. Every spot gone, no matter the source, this stuff took care of it!
Has always been a good too cleaning tool when our cats throw up or have accidents on the carpet. This is a. Good pre-treat solution to put on the spot before getting our the Bissell carpet cleaner. Just spray on and let us set for a good 10 minutes. Then go over with your Bissell carpet cleaner with Pet Pro solution and your stain should come up. We have been pleased with this pre-treat solution.
We all know that cat urine is such a strong odor and sooo sooo difficult to remove. We moved into a new home and our anxious cat urinated on the brand new carpet. After soaking and sucking up the urine, we carpet cleaned with our spot cleaner and it didn't do the trick. I found this spray and soaked the area with it, let it dry and the urine smell is completely gone! What a life saver. Not the best smelling spray, but it did the job! I would recommend to anyone who needs help removing an odor and stain!
This tuff is amazing!! I have a carpet shampooer that works great but had stains in carpet. I sprayed this and it was gone before my eyes!! Highly recommend! BTW I don’t know why people say strong chemical odor. I didn’t notice. And even if I did I’d rather have that than stains!! I sprayed, waited and shampooed. Didn’t see or smell anything.
We had a diabetic cat that kind of lost her mind at the end and was refusing to use the litter box. This Bissell pet pro oxy stain destroyer was a blessing. It worked on flooring and carpet. But then we spilled a bunch of Angostura Bitters on a light cream-colored carpet. It stayed there for months while I was trying to figure out how to remove it. Then I sprayed it with the oxy stain destroyer and put paper towels down and weighted down the towels and repeated this four or five times. Took a couple hours total. I was absolutely amazed that the Angostura Bitters came out completely. Also completely neutralized the accompanying odor. Really unbelievable. Very impressive. Highly recommend.
I am giving it two stars. In general I love the product, it’s the packaging that is making the rating so low… this is the second bottle I’ve gotten, the first one I thought it was just a bad bottle but then I got the second one and it leaks so bad and they get all white, red itchy burning feeling. And also it waste a lot of product. I’ve only use the second bottle once put it up right in the cleaning cabnet and then I went to get it to spray something else but it was more than halfway empty and the solution was all around the bottle. I don’t think I will be able to continue to buy this product which really is upsetting because I loved the solution.
