This is my third Bissell product of the year and I have loved them all! I love that they gave you two trial sizes of the solution because I didn't think to originally go out and buy it. You also only need a little bit of the solution to the water ratio so it will last a while. It cleaned my hardwood floors so well and left them so shiny. It was so easy to use and I love that it stands on its own when not in use. The fact that it was cordless was a huge reason while I purchased this product and I could not have been happier. Since it's quick the 20 minutes charge is more than enough time to clean my size house.

Although nothing beats getting down on your knees, this machine does really well on dirty floors. Might take a couple times (which really is not a big deal) to get them really clean. And it's pretty obvious that due to the round shape of the pads the corners are not possible to completely get. But it's only maybe a square inch and if you're that anal about your floor you can always touch up (you really won't need to; it's that small an area). Bottom line is that I highly recommend this machine. Especially if you have dark floors where every dang thing shows up. My routine is every morning I push a Swiffer over the floor and about twice a week hit them with the Spinwave. I have dark cherry floors and they look great.

Our new house has all hard floors on the main level, including white tile in the kitchen. I love my Bissell machines and was excited to see there was a product I could use on both tile and wood, AND that it had a cordless option! This thing is heavy, but doesn't take a lot of effort to use as it propels itself and just requires some steering. I hardly broke a sweat cleaning the entire first floor. It's also fairly quiet and didn't scare the cats which is a bonus. As a long-time Swiffer Wet Jet user, I was happy to finally have something with washable pads that was more eco-friendly and cost-effective. Cleaning the floors is so much more enjoyable now! #sweepstakes
I love this mop. It is so easy to use and is great for every other day on tile floors. It's also great for a quick clean up in the kitchen. I love that the mop pads are machine washable. There isn't a lot of water on the floor to dry, so that makes for a nice evenly dried surface. I highly recommend this mop...so much better than a bucket and any kind of microfiber mop.

After half a year of using this robot vacuum, the floors started accumulating dirt. I'd break out the mop and bucket but I have a big house and the work is backbreaking, I'd mop about once a month. The SpinWave changed that, now I'm mopping every week just because of how easy it is. Just one con: I wish the battery life was longer than 20 minutes. I have a big house so it takes about 2 charges in order to cover the entire house. I used to mop maybe....once a year...typically with my bare feet, a rag and a can of scrubbing bubbles. I just couldn't bare to use the twist mop with the accompanying bucket. I'm OBSESSED with my bissell spinwave. I mop once...maybe 2x a week. My house is high traffic and just gets gross fast. It's so fast and easy and charges quickly. I've never run out if charge when using it. I've never even run out of fluid and I originally had it filled for "large room". I think my whole little house is not even quite "large room" in size for this mop. I love that the pads are washable and replaceable. Mopping is finally fun!
Cleans well. Easy to use. Results are great. Our house is very small and couldn't even get an entire room mopped thoroughly before the battery went out. Then had to wait another 4-5 hours for it to get a full charge again.... I'm not sure about others, but when I'm cleaning, I want to clean and plow through it. To not even be able to mop one room corner to corner is a unacceptable. We're sending this mop back this weekend. Just trying to figure out how to detach the handle - if that's even possible - I can't find any instructions advising on this so we can use the original box.
