Bissell Stain Pretreat For Carpet & Upholstery 1147E

Love the bissel line of carpet cleaning products. I have used many bottles of this pretreat and it has always worked great for me. I have used this on a lot of food and beverage spills and even when the color has been kind of hard to get out this along with the oxyclean upright carpet cleaner has always done the job.

I recently purchased after deciding to clean my carpets. I clearly didn't recall that I have a Hoover model (whoops). I didn't feel like going back to exchange it so I took a chance. The zozzle makes it very easy to use. There is a stream and a spray option. The stream doesnt require you having to get down on the floor so this is a plus. It was a nice, steady power flow. I allowed this to sit for 5mins as suggested then followed up with the Bissell pro advanced solution in my carpet cleaner

Bissell Spot Cleaner Pro

We researched spot cleaners before settling on Bissell. We then looked for local suppliers to decide on Harvey Norman. Upon unboxing the unit was easy to assemble and the use of a pre-stainer enabled us to clean badly soiled armchair arms and seat. It took a few applications to clean and dry, but the armchair came back almost to new.

Have bought this pretreatment spray after using a well known carpet/upholstery foam. What a difference! I can honestly say it gives the best results from a pre-cleaner I have ever had. You can direct the spray as either a stream or a spray to suit the stain by turning the Nozzel in the appropriate direction. For spot removal, simply leave for a minute or so and then blot with a clean cloth ( I use a magic cloth) and for use as a pre-cleaner, spray on soiled area, leave for a short while and then clean as usual with your machine. I have light coloured Axminster 80/20 wool acrylic and 100/ wool carpets and 2 dogs, but I now have no trouble keeping them perfectly clean. The Bissell pre-cleaner has removed everything from muddy paw prints, and doggy accidents to black currant juice and Coffee. Simply the best I have used.

Fantastic Pretreat Stain Remover

Needed a good product to remove rubber marks on carpeted steps, as I had tried soap and water, and other over the counter products. Nothing worked. Went on line and found this pretreat product at Walmart. I ordered the product, picked it up and cleaned the steps. Wonderful, wonderful....no more marks plus the carpeting looked better. Decided to order two more bottles and to no avail at Walmart.So checked out Bissell's website and placed my order. This works on all kinds of spots including in ground dirt from repotting plants inside, gravy and even salt stains. It cleans all the fiber and not just the surface which for me is ideal! Good Pretreat Product #sweepstakes

I use this product to pretreat carpets before I clean them. It works well overall. I was cleaning white carpet and the product worked well. I did have to scrub a fair amount to remove the stains after applying the product. I wish the bottle was larger as I used most of the bottle for only a couple carpets. #sweepstakes

Great product that actually worked

Used this to pre treat some stubborn unground stains on my carpet and lounge and it didn’t disappoint. Left it on for 10 minutes and it definitely help to lift the stains before shampooing. My carpets and lounge look and smell fresh and clean.

Makes a huge difference

I was able to get red dirt stains out of my couch cushions using the Bissell Spot clean Pro. I forgot to spray this on one of the cushions first and it didn't get nearly as clean. I went back with this spray and redid that cushion and it came clean. I would say this is a must for settled in stains before shampooing.

Miracle stain pretreatment!

We use the Toughs Stain Pretreat when our puppies have accidents that the regular carpet cleaner won't remove. We love it! It removes tough stains like grass and blood. Couldn't be happier with this pretreater!

Works great to remove most stains but not all.

I have dirty water stains on my carpet from when my other carpet cleaner leaked out the dirty water. I saturated the carpet stains with this and left it on for five minutes before cleaning with the carpet cleaner. The stains are lighter but still there.
