This is a good basic steam mop. No bells and whistles here. It heats up really fast, and makes a lot of nice steam. The cord is long enough that you can reach the furthest plug. The swivel head means you can get to that space behind the toilet. Does a nice job of cleaning along the baseboards. It's light enough for a small woman to carry up and down stairs.On the downside, the water tank isn't that well designed. If you have small hands, it's hard to grasp it and pull it out to fill it. You fill it from the bottom and the top is angled, so you can't set it down while you fill it. Would be nice to have another model for larger work areas.On the positives side, this Bissell is the best ive used in the 6 years ive owned this completely tiled home (ive used many brands so far). I use this machine to do the entire house once a week completely and then a few times a week in the heavy traffic areas that get dirty quickly. This PowerFresh model scrubs the floor really well with the scrubbing pad on, it also doesnt flood the floor with moisture it produces more steam than other ive used and that is the secret to cleaner floors and faster drying time, we can walk on the floor just minutes after cleaning them (that impressed me the most!). The unit is lightweight and easy to use, easy ro change the pads and has a pocket for the discs that smell wonderful! When I wash the cleaning pads with other cleaning cloths the smell of the discs goes through the laundry and that was an added bonus for me. The other pad that comes with the unit, I use on a daily basis since its usually to just wipe up spills or shoe debris. The machine heats very fast. We are happy with this purchase.Shipped in 4 days

I absolutely love this steam mop. I bought one 5 years ago, I just went to use it and no longer worked. It probably would have lasted longer but it has been through a few moves. (Active military family) I love this mop for the simple fact that is kills bacteria naturally! Come on, you can't get better then that! It is safe for my children and pets. It doesn't leave for floor soaked. My Littles ones walk around with me as I mop. Love this mop, and the donation it does for every purchase!

This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. ... MoreThis particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.
I have owned this model for 7 months now and its still performing well. I went thru 2 previous different brand steam mops over 5 years ... this one appears much better made. The head is bigger than most and cleans more floor, faster. It has a long cord and heats up quickly from cold. My only complaint is a poorly designed detachable water tank ... it a small capacity and has a small refill opening. Worse, is that the tank has a sloped bottom ... you need two hands to refill it. One to hold the tank, one to poor the water in (which might be a 4-6L jug). A bad tank design all round.Overall thought, the unit is excellent and i would recommend it. BTW, use only distilled water .... steam mops need mineral free water.
Best house cleaning and sanitizing tool I discovered this year!! I can't believe I ever lived without this beauty! So efficient, so easy to use, so clean! I literally hated my natural hardwood white floors bc I couldn't clean them and when I did, it took hours, and sweat and tears and still I didn't get the results I got practically instantly with this steam mop. Game changer!! I can't wait to take to go my parents house to show them and I show off when my siblings come over to visit. I know they are going to want one too!

Lots of people love them, but I never liked them when I used them for many reasons. Then when I visited her in Florida, I used hers and was so impressed that I had to get one.I opted for the one with 2 heads, thinking 2 is better than one. Glad I did. I like having the option as the triangular head is good for getting around the toilet. The rectangular one is good for larger surfaces. The switch is minimally tricky (can see how arthritis would be difficult), but I like to place the fabric on while disconnected. I was tired of all the waste that goes along with using the Swiffer products. While great for quick clean ups, I wasn't sure it was doing the best job on my floors. I also was concerned about getting the floor in my elderly mother's bathroom clean enough. I was so happy with how clean this product got not only my bathroom floor, but my mother's floor is so clean and I know it's deep clean. Used it on her kitchen floor, which is a stone floor and it's starting to look new again. Plus I'm not wasting a bunch of paper by using the Swiffer. The only problem I really have is finding distilled water. Oh, well, another supply chain issue? Thanks so much!
I LOVE MY NEW STEAM MOP !! I have lots of laminate flooring in my new home &I worried that it would be time consuming & difficult to keep them clean . Then a friend lent me her Bissel Steam Mop, and it was love at first swipe !! It is easy to use,and it made short work of cleaning all of my flooring ! I love that it uses steam instead of harsh chemicals, and that the scrubbing pads are washable & reusable!!Good for my pocketbook & the Planet !!!!
