Great for small jobs around the house. Larger debris might fall out as it has only a little rubber flap blocking things from rolling back down the nozzle. But cleaning it often is a simple workaround. Battery holds well, too.

Mine is ready for action on the kitchen work surface. You can wash the dust collector unit and the filter under the tap. A small brush is helpful to clean the filter unit. It's a good idea to buy a spare or two so that you can have one ready while the cleaned one dries. If you are an avid DIY person always working on your house, it's ideal for cleaning up drilling dust and wood shavings from trimming new doors and cutting locks. Saves the hassle of getting the big vac out. This is the second B&D vacuum I have purchased. The first one stopped working just after 2 yrs ( just out of warranty). However it was a great little vacuum thats why I purchased a second one. Fingers crossed this one lasts a little longer.

Good suction, easy to empty. Neat charging unit and it looks good sitting on my kitchen worktop. Crevice nozzle is OK, but the brush head option seems pretty ineffective. The bristles need to completely surround the nozzle to be truly useful, in my opinion.
This is so well designed. It needs charging first thing until the blue light goes out. I then wall mounted it and put it on constant charge. It has a good suction. It is a little heavier than expected but I got used to it.
I bought the black and decker after my Dyson handheld died and I have to say it is fabulous! A fraction of the cost of a Dyson but with more suction power and so simple to empty. I love using it and would recommend it to anyone.
Ok so yes you could spend less money, but also a lot more. I wanted something mid priced that would do the job well, particularly picking up pet hair and kattenbakvulling that gets dropped all over the house and stairs! I am extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. The speed and ability of the suction is really good, it recharges quickly and certainly picks up all the dust and dirt in my house all in one use. MediaMarkt's free delivery service was very efficient too.
I liked because it is light. Nice color nice design. You can fold it. Not so loud. Get the job done quickly to get rid of bread crumbs or hair on the be floor dust on the sofa.Not good for cleaning the whole apartment or the car.

So I contacted Galaxus and asked what to do. They "escalated it" to someone who will respond to me by email. It's Monday night. People, the point of me ordering with you is that you are fast. And now I am waiting and every time I try to initiate a chat they say the same thing: we'll get back to you via email. What a load of crap. Where is the service here? And will I be charged full price for this stressful time?What in the world is going on? I also had a death in the family and have to travel soon, so of course they will probably go full steam ahead when I am out of town and make life a hell. Such a nice handheld vacuum cleaner, it changes angles so you can reach hard to reach places. It is powerful, suprising for such a small vacuum. Doesn't use any bags, but the filter is easy to clean and use.
