I'm 163cm and the handle is the perfect height it is compact, light, and manoeuvres perfectly and is absolutely easy to use, perfect for seniors like me.On a down side the power cord could be a tad longer, and a easier way of filling could be developed. Maybe the manufacturer could put a little jug in with it.Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10 for it's ergonomic design and ease of use.

I've had a few cheap products over time with the "triangle" mop and really wanted a "rectangle" mop head. Fast to heat up , cord is long enough for my small apartment.

I purchased this after my shark died. Immediately pulling it from the box I could feel how cheap it was, the handle is thin and flimsy, there is no weight about it which makes it harder to get a good clean on the floor. The steam comes out so hard and fast that the floors are drenched and leaves streaks. The handle is too short and I’m 5’6 so not tall at all and I need to bend down to us. The cord is so short it’s a joke. It does however bring the grout up like new. I would only recommend this on the grout and for steaming the carpets. Hard floors. Don’t waste your money.
It does what itbis supposed to do, however, a few small improvements could made it a great product.The white handle does give a good grip and it kind of slips.There is not any function to control amount of steam.Rest, it heats up quickly and generate good steam.
I have had my steam mop replaced as it was assumed to be faulty (spraying lots of water through the handheld pieces). My first one and replacement both leave a sticky, smelly white hazy residue on my floors to the point i've had to buy a new steam mop to do the floors because the film it leaves is that stinky and sticky it's appalling. First photo is the film it leaves even with a brand new mop head. Second picture is how clean my new shark mop leaves the tiles (no residue at all). I am too afraid to return it now as the first was replaced.
Bought this today & gave it a whirl on the kitchen floor. Will say, not a fan. The floors were soaking, like too much steam comes out. & It didn't really do a good job. My original H2O steam mop does a better job.Now, however, it's easy to detach and use as a hand held steamer, with it's many attachments. THEN this thing really shines. Super easy to use, & works well. Still too much steam comes out, but it worked well in my bathroom. The cord isn't very long,& doesn't wrap around it at all. Plus, it doesn't stand on it's own. Just falls over. It always has to lean on something, or it's on the floor!
The mop has a square pad which is a big plus and mops quite easily. The steam takes just a few seconds to start. The product feels of a good quality. The mop pad doesn't have to be removed with hand. The attachments are decent.However, the cord is quite short. I don't understand why mops would have such short cords that cause cos much inconvenience. The water outlet cannot be separated. The mop leaves streaks on floor. The handle is inconvenient and doesn't have a grip. I returned this product.
For the price, this unit is hard to beat. It has a good sized mop pad, produces a good amount of steam to clean but not leave the floor too wet, is not too hard to refill with water (which can be done quickly mid-clean) and is light to push around. My previous (much more expensive) steam mop was heavy to push, and you had to wait til it cooled completely to refill the water tank… things I didn’t want again. A bonus for me was that the head of this one swivels making it easy to get into crevices and around furniture - my last one had a fixed head which made manoeuvring difficult. I’m very impressed with this unit, and only took off one star for the short cord length - I can’t even mop the length of my kitchen without unplugging.
Don’t waste your money. Worked fine for first 6 times. Now it switches my circuit breakers for my electricity every time it is turned on. Have tried it at friends house and throws his circuit breakers as well.
