Good suction really poor quality design, the back pack bag blows open often and the flexible hose connects to the unit with a zip tie! It lasted a week be for blowing off and needing to be replaced ..

Item was difficult to assemble with instructions that were hard to follow. Once assembled the item doesn’t even turn on. Have been waiting for the manufacturer to get in touch but I’m not happy. I jut want a refund. Very dodgy product!
Excellent service from Appliances Online in the purchase and exchange of a defective product. It is too early to comment on the quality of the replacement. It is working satisfactorily with, as yet, limited use.
Great Vac, but very noisy. Takes a moment (about a second) to get running and started.
I had high hopes when this product became available and was looking forward to trying it out. It arrives quickly, but I noticed that the box looked like it had previously been opened. When I unpacked the box and put the blower vac together all seemed fine until I plugged it in and tried to use it....it didn't work.Very frustrating to receive a broken product.
The first one arrived quickly but unfortunately didn't work. A.O. Customer service via the online Chat was great (as opposed to the phone which didn't answer and didn't call back!) and a replacement was sent out and the original picked up within a week or so.Second one works really well.It's fiddly to change over from vacuum to blower - lots of things to unattach and re-attach - (whereas my old blower vac just had a switch) - but as I intend to use it only as a vacuum it's not really an issue.Strong suction motor and I like the back pack idea for collecting the leaves, although it's clearly designed for right handers - a bit of thought could have made it more comfortable for us lefties to use.
