A great priced tool considering good quality replacement blades are just as, if not more expensive than tool itself.Plenty of reliable power.Gets warm cutting nails/pallets but hasn't overheated on me yet.
Have owned this model for little over a month and I must say I'm very impressed. Extremely robust build , very easy to use , quick change blade system is flawless, and the variable speed is great. Can't believe I've went without this all these years, it really does make a wide variety of jobs a lot easier! Highly recommended
I purchased this during lockdown, primarily because I was new to Multi-function tools and was not quite sure which attachment I would need.This kit comes with a wide selection, which suited perfectly.Having now used the tool for several hours I am very happy with its performance.Tools are very easy to fit in a number of different positions which makes the tool more useful.
Absolutely brilliant little tool. However the instructions are less than desirable.Do not try and contact Black & Decker in regards to this, they were pathetic along with their websiteAsk your local builder, he was magic!In store were not overly helpful
Great power tool, easy to use and comes with a good assortment of accessories - I'm very happy with my purchase!Only eason its not a 5 star is that the measurements on the plunge cut type bit all came off on the first use.
I’ve only used the sander function so I can’t say much about the other functions. In regards to the sanding part the hook and loop pad heated up so much that it deformed and melted the grip reducing the effectiveness. I wasn’t expecting this to be the most robust tool however I thought it would’ve performed a bit better considering I’d only used it for about 30 minutes in total.
Black and Decker tools were once regarded as great quality - not so much now they have become the "handyman" brand - De Walt now being Stanley Black & Decker's premium brand. This Multitool at least is an exception to the rule and a big step up in quality from quite a few of B&D's offerings and I think a lot closer to DeWalt quality. I've owned this tool for nearly 3 years and have given it a lot of hard work and it's still going strong. Its solidly built and feels like that in the hand. The "universal" style of attachment means it's quick to change and the mechanism is strongly built. All in all it's a solid performer and compares more than favourably with many of the more expensive brands.
