Works great for what it is and the price. I use it for stubborn edging that I need a closer cut on and for my shrub outside. As long as you got long ass arms like me its not just for small shrubs

Good for buxus but not much else

Like others have said it's light weight and easy to use. It cut through my box hedges well and did a pretty neat job. It can't handle much else though. My shrubby tororaro totally defeated it so I'll still have to cut that one by hand. You have to hold the trigger down all the time as there's no trigger lock so you'll end up with a sore hand if you use it for any length of time. The book says the charge will last 140 box hedges. Well I did 12 plus 2 big topiary balls and that used up the fully charged battery.So overall it does the job for shrubs like box where there are small branches.

Great for the price and size

This thing is great! Great size and I like that it doesn’t have a separate battery etc. have been using to cut some very woody lavender and it’s going to cut down a tree but it does what I need it to.

I like it

Received today, took it out of the box on the outdoor table, put it together and used straight away. I really like it and have cut half of the bush I usually trim with the hand clippers in 5 minutes. Quite powerful for such a little machine - won't chop anything too thick, but I am happy with the purchase.

It is lightweight

I bought this to trim my little azalea shrubs and a few other bits and pieces in my garden. It is lightweight and small enough for me to use comfortably. Also it is quiet which is what I wanted so am very pleased with it. I haven't used it on the azaleas yet as I have to wait until they have finished flowering but have tried it out on some jasmine vines and it works really well.

Limited capacity

Might be good if you have the odd ornamental to trim but was disappointed with general trimming. Shears chewed off plant and short length of trimmer not even that great for small hedge. Tended to bend foliage rather than cut so required repeated sweeps.

Lousy ergonomics

The ergonomics of this tool are a disaster. The safety button and the trigger are so far apart it’s almost easier to use two hands to operate the machine. The next thing is the wall charger. No plug charger was provided. The wall charger had to be tilted up to provide enough gravity to make an electronic connection. The initial charge was interminable at about 12 hours. I wasn’t going to mount this thing on a wall until I had tried it. It’s great for trimming very thin branches. Very thin.

Perfect tool for light trimming and edging

Wanted a tool which would be lightweight and not too noisy - for trimming shrubs and small trees like my feijoa, lavenders, hebes. Very easy to change the attachments, and pleasant 'mechanical' sound when in operation. Short tool excellent for tidying lawn edges. Very happy with my purchase.

Versatile Tool

Bought this through Click & Collect. Easy straight forward purchase.Bought this primarily to to keep a small low hedge in shape. Works a treat and the shear is great for edges. So much easier to use than the bigger corded version I used to use. No messy cables to carry around. Would recommend this product.
