Great puppy biscuits. My new pup loves them. They have a great protein percentage so you can give them less than cheaper supermarket brands making it better value for money but also know that your pet is getting a biscuit that's great for them!

Good value, coats seem shinier on both the weimaraner and the blue healer. Minimal stinky farts from the bluey which is always a good sign (have trialled many foods, keep changing due to the horrific bowel movements of bluey - so probably going to stick with this brand from now on!)

Unfortunately the black hawk dog food didn’t mix with our 8 week old Labrador pup. He was on the biscuits for 1 meal a day for two days and experience severe diarrhoea. However, after contacting Petcircle and explaining what had occurred they were extremely helpful and offered a complete refund or credit to our account.

Very happy with this food. It’s what puppy was already on, it is one of the vets preferred choices, it’s natural, Australian made. It’s high quality & much better value than other brands & puppy is very happy to eat it after soaking in a little water as per the breeders recommendation.

Great Australian made product with good ingredients. Have recently switched to Blackhawk dry foods for my pup and two adults. All three love it. Still on first bags so may take a while to see results but have had good reports from a lot of my customers at work. (Boarding kennels)

Constant Diarrhoea

Stay away from Black Hawk Dry Dog Food Puppy Chicken And Rice. My 6 month old puppy developed constant diarrhoea with occasional vomiting, one of why was yellow bile. He was on Hill?s Science without a problem before and after this rubbish.

Disappointing experience

Some of the worst customer service I've received. After reporting that the order was in another state per Australia Post's tracking and not headed to it's intended destination, I made contact to make the PetPost team aware immediately to reduce the time it took to have the order investigated on their side and re-sent. I was made to follow up on 4 separate occasions before the parcel was recalled and another parcel was re-sent to me. Accountability of the customer service representatives is low so you need to continually chase them to action any queries with your order. Replacement order was eventually sent express, but the process of getting to that stage was a frustrating process and I had to incur extra costs by shopping in-store that outstripped the cost savings ... MoreSome of the worst customer service I've received. Dog food puppy

My 6mths old pups have had this dry food from 8 weeks they have thrived on it. And will keep them in black hawk. My American staffy has sentive stomach so any change in diet upsets him. But he does great on black hawk

Great puppy food

My dog loves this puppy food and his coat is very shiny. You can tell it’s good quality dog food. Gives him terrible smelling farts but what dog smells like roses? Would definitely buy again.
