She is a survivor, one of the handful of Kastelai not dissolved into final death when the Crimson Keep abandoned them a century ago. She is a fighter, whose blades carved a kingdom out of the Broken Plains of Aqshy. But Nyssas blood is cursed. It destroyed the vampire she called Father, and as it threatens to do the same to her, Nyssas allies abandon her.
