I ordered two packs of this product. One was definitely a returned item, with some parts already installed, both had screws missing, many different screws in one single back etc. One panel had a large crack on the surface, hopefully it was the inside of the product. Products in both packs were terribly dusty. It's really hard to use the compartaments with three shelves, you will only be able fit kids shoes and slim womens shoes
