Had the issue with SuperSource glitches, after updating switcher to latest software/firmware, they certainly seem to be resolved. This is good because this is an excellent switcher for the price. Wish it had some HDMI inputs, but all in all it's very versatile.

There is a known issue with this model. They shouldn't be shipping this with the supersource issue.

This problem is confirmed. Video frames are either dropped/skipped in both SuperSources. It is also intermittent as I found out during a live broadcast. Blackmagic is aware of this problem and I was told they are trying to fix. In the meantime, I am not able to use this as this was the main reason for purchasing it.

To follow up on my previous review. Blackmagic indeed has a software update that has solved the SuperSource glitch problem. Have used this on several occasions now with no trouble. I would have given this switcher 5 stars but given that it was released with this problem earlier I cannot.
