I just recently bought this item. Still in the progress of trialing it.. so far no bad side effects or no allergies at all.. but still haven’t seen the results in my eyesight.Overall pleasant product will continue using it.
I have been using this product for myself and my clients for a while now. Often you can't tell what it does til you STOP taking it. Then you realise all of a sudden your eyesight after a while is not quite as good. I started taking it after a few weeks of heavy workload and eyestrain. I took a bottle and then just let it slide. Then I realised the next time I worked late and hard I was not taking my bilberry. Same with my clients (I am a naturopath) and they seem to notice the difference also.
I believe bilberry is very good for eye health.I just started to take it. Wishing to have a good long term effect.
