I have found that this product, Blackmore's Bio Magnesium, has been a great help in reducing the pain I get from leg cramps, especially at night. The 100 tablet bottle is a real bargain price in comparison with the smaller sized bottles.

Before I used this product I got quite severe cramps several nights a week. After using this product for six months I no longer got cramps so I halved my daily dosage which keeps the cramps from returning.
Because of celiacs my body doesn't absorb enough nutrients even if I eat super healthily, and one of those nutrients that aren't absorbed properly is magnesium. Without bio magnesium I get cramps and muscle spasms throughout my body. Particularly annoying is the eye lid twitches, which last time they were really bad gave me a bruised, purple eye lid and all my friends thought I'd been in a fight or something. The bio mag keeps all of that at bay, I intend on taking it every day for the rest of my life. And it's wonderful to be able to buy it cheaply here with my other products.

Took it for a few years now for muscle cramps. At one stage ... I did stop taking this tablet thinking it's just a waste but the cramps got worst. Now, I am religiously taking this tablet - everyday.
Magnesium is an amazing product. Helps with Restless legs and cramps a lot.
I found both my husband and I had quite a few symptoms of magnesium deficiency so we started taking this year's ago and find it the easiest pill to swallow and a good dose to take and use it every day. No more muscle twitches ,better sleep and much more relaxed.
Relaxing and aids night cramps. Highly recommend.
