Blackmores Calm & Relax is specially formulated for those who have trouble relaxing, reducing symptoms of stress and assisting in mind relaxation. Blackmores Calm & Relax contains lavender, hops and passionflower which are traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension and unrest, relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and to calm the mind. Adults take 2 tablets, once a day. INSTRUCTIONS Adults – Take 2 tablets once a day as required.
