These are great because the literally have no taste or smell. At a time when the faintest waft can make my stomach turn, thus was a great vitamin to have. I liked the shape, it was easier to swallow then some other capsules I have seen.

I take it 3 times daily for my eyes, heart and well-being in general. I checked the ingredients with other Australian vitamin brands, it all has same same. This supplement is needed for someone who don’t eat fish often. Even though I love fish and have fish 1-2 per week, i still recommended this product to everyone who want to improve their eyes health. However if you having fish 2-3 per week, I wouldn’t think you need it.
