I was having trouble growing my nails & I read about these collagen tablets & decided to try it. I’ve been taking the tablets for about six weeks & there has been a definite improvement. My nails are stronger & they are not splitting. My skin is looking better too. I’m very pleased with the purchase.Blackmores is a quality product.

I used this product religiously for 3 months. It made such a huge improvement to my hair, and nails. I was so happy with the results. Had to get a full blood work and found I was blowing way over in B6 caused by this product had to stop immediately. Please make sure you do your research when adding supplements and only taking what you really need
