Especially good for those who need GF and Dairy free products - it hasn't upset my system like some of the others... those that say 'no added gluten...'

I've been taking this product for about 6 months. It provides a good probiotic and vitamin mix (zinc, vit c, etc) which has helped me to stay healthy. Especially good for those who need GF and Dairy free products - it hasn't upset my system like some of the others... those that say 'no added gluten...'
Have tried a few different probiotics, but this one is just that much better than all the rest I've tried . It has vit c and zinc included which help with my non existant immune system so its a win from me!

I've never been much of a vitamin taker but these Immune Defense were recommended to me & I have to say I think they work. I have 7 small grandchildren & I've picked up many colds & coughs from them but this winter has been good. When I did get a sore throat it was gone quickly so I can only assume the pro biotic is helping keep me healthy.
