I had pain in my legs, especially at night. When I was advised by a natrapath to take 3 tablets twice a day due to my stress level eating up my nutrients that left me delegating my Potassium. In 4 days being on this supplement the pain in my legs had disappeared! I continue to take them today and highly recommend them to anyone who has similar problems

Re this Blackmore's product... my Naturopath suggested PPMP to assist with certain menopausal symptoms and I have found it to be FANTASTIC in relieving those symptoms.

Ive been using PPMP through a Bowen therapist & found it to be very helpful in support of my neurological system. Definitely has a calming effect.
Since buying this product and taking it, it has helped in calming down my legs. I have suffered from restless legs for a number of years and have taken prescription drugs before trying PPMP and now I am very happy to say I am very satisfied with PPMP.
