Get the capsules. I found these tablets very difficult to take. They are large, strong taste and require a lot of water to swallow without getting stuck. Blackmores have this product as a capsules, which solves all these issues.

I don't know what I was missing, but Blackmores supplemented it! For a couple of years I had always been low on energy, trouble waking up in the morning and always tired. I was expecting a huge energy boost after being smoke-free for 6 months but it never came. After 5 days of taking these, I noticed a huge difference, I started waking up naturally at 6.30-7.00am in the morning, and felt so much more alive throughout the day. HIGHLY recommended.
