Very disappointed, not effective at all. Either Valerian doesn't work for me nor this Blackmores' didn't work. I would try one more Valerian with other brand, otherwise would try to find some other natural stuff to help myself sleep.

As someone who has always been a poor sleeper these pills have been a godsend. I've never slept better and now consistently get atleast 7 hours a night. Also I don't wake up drowsy in the mornings from taking them either.

Perfect for a good nights sleep. Helps to calm the mind with no groggy feeling in the morning.Menopause and restless legs have caused havoc with my sleep and i find Blackmores valerian tablets a big help.
This didn't work for me. At first, when I first started it, it would help me fall asleep, but this didn't last. Maybe a week it took for it to turn on me. When I took one I would wake up during the night and can't fall asleep again, my mind is racing and I don't feel at all relaxed. Tried a night without it and slept so much better! So yeah not for me thanks.
Works well for 2 nights. After that not at all.Ideal to take dosage for 2 nights and then break for a while. Seems to work better.
These are fine if you like valerian in a tablet form. I have found going caffeine free and drinking calming tea and taking magnesium at night to be better.
Great for helping you get to sleep and stay asleep, if I miss a night taking 1 I have a really restless night waking constantly. Definitely works great.
Valerian works for me in all forms - tea, tincture or tablet. These tablets are the most convenient way to use Valerian. Blackmores Valerian seems like great value for price.
I went through a stage of waking up in the night and I just couldn't get back to sleep - this really helped as I either didn't wake up or if I did I went back to sleep easily. It didn't knock me out cold, I still woke up if my kids woke up - I was just able to resettle a lot better. When I first took it I felt the effects and felt very sleepy within half and hour but after a few nights it didn't hit me as hard. The only reason I won't give it a 5 star is because I do feel a bit groggy in the morning, it lifts after a few hours though.
