Great way to catch up on extra supplement for my son. Still a little early to tell as only started using it however Blackmores is a trusted name in the industry. I've always used their products with no problems at all. Would recommend.
The tablet is small but difficult to swallow, therefore has to be taken separately from other tablets to prevent choking. Great at boosting energy level. Would be better if tablets are coated for easy ingestion.

This Vitamin was prescribed to me by my Doctor because vitamin B12 level was dangerously low. As Chemist Warehouse have the lowest prices, I always purchase needed vitamins from them.
B12 is very helpful in aiding energy when u cant eat the foods that provide energy due to allergies. They r completely GF, DF, Yeast free. No casein also. These tablets also aide red cells.
