I have been using Joint Vibrance for a couple of years, and being largely collagen protein, it is gooey stuff that doesn't want to mix with liquids. Not wanting to leave a bunch of it on the walls of a blender, I had resorted to mixing it with a shot of hot water from my espresso machine and then icing it to bring it to room temperature. Most of what I read says hot liquid is not harmful to collagen protein, but some frown on subjecting it to this kind of thermal shock.This bottle renders that process entirely unnecessary, which really saves a lot of time and hassle. I recommend putting the liquid in first to keep the powder from accumulating around the edge of the bottom.
