Honestly, one of the best shake bottles I have seen. I use it frequently. The quality seems robust after using it and washing it twice daily for 2 months already. Size is right what I need and the extra accessories are definitely makes the whole experience much more time efficient since I use the supplement compartment to fill it up with all of my adaptogens and vitamins. Would highly recommend it to friends.

Hi there, when i first used this product. There is a strainer, bottle and 2 protein powder cups to store and a small pill storage on the white cover. Basically the bottle and metal strainer is used for any protein shakes you like, the metal strainer is used to shake up the powder to make the drink smooth. The bottom 2 protein powder storage could be separated. You could twist them to separate the two storage. And inside you’ll see the pill storage which is the white one. You could also twist it to take it off then put pills inside for storage. This portable Bottle is very useful esp when you travel to workout, this is very easy to use! quality is good, I recommend this product.

So I go through about one of these bottles every 2 years (you really should recycle them at that point since all bottles will start to degrade). This brand is the most consistent and sturdy. I travel a lot internationally with them and it's a breeze to use them one-handed while driving as well. The compartments are the perfect size for vitamins, protein powders, and little nuts which makes it a good "go to" for post-workout prep.Highly recommend; it's got a good feel, high quality and I'll keep buying more. But really - don't try to keep it past 3 years (it'll last way longer but all plastics will start degrading - so if you really must, repurpose it for your plants and get yourself a new one).
I have Pro Stak protein shaker for years and that still works fine so I was hesitated to buy one more though, I love this one so much. Shaker ball seems less noisy than my old type which is nice. However the top cap is tight especially beginning of using, I couldnt close it easy. Those two containers are so handy! I love this. I wish I bought one more bigger size.
