Keto French toast for breakfast this morning! So good! I topped mine with sugar free cheesecake pudding fluff and fresh fruit. 2 tbsp almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1.5 tsp baking powder Mix 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 egg Pinch salt Mix then microwave 2 minutes Cut in half and let cool. Then put back in container. Mix 2 eggs with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream. Cinnamon to taste. Dump over bread and let soak in. Then fry to perfection! 😋

Oh boy, my favorite, i ordered it to make gluten free recipes,, its my first time tbh, taste is amazing, top quality ingredients, very healthy especially to people cutting out on carbs or diabetics..I’ll put down my recipe of the pancakes,1 cup of almond flour, have cup milk (plant based or regular), vanilla, egg (flax egg or regular), baking podwer, 1 tsp maple syrup, 2 tps tapioca starch and thats it! So fluffy and light on stomach

I regularly use almond flour in place of wheat flour, as I cannot eat grains of any kind. Normally I buy an excellent spouted almond flour from a family owned company, but that's been unavailable lately. This was my alternative. Though this Blue Diamond almond flour is not sprouted (sprouting helps break down starches/sugars, and that aids digestion), it's excellent. The texture is very fine, and it's as light as you're going to get with almond flour, both of which qualities are exactly what you want. Makes an excellent low carb nutty pancake

I like to bake with this, and also use it as breading to fry. It’s universal and flavorful, and a much healthier alternative to flour. Nice resealable package. One simple ingredient. I was a little surprised at the price, but then again, that’s the case with everything these days. Definitely give this a try, especially if you like pancakes. You can’t go wrong.
