Classic 680i Completely filters the air in a 72m room every 12,5 minutes Extra-large rooms Filters room air at the industry-recommended rate of 4.8x an hour (or about every 12,5 minutes) in a 72 m room to effectively lower particle levels and maintain a comfortable environment in extra-large areas of your open floor plan, studio, or basement. Automatically adjusts to changing conditions Integrated sensors auto-adjust to current conditions in your environment to ensure air quality remains at a healthy level. Easily adjust settings remotely from your smartphone and tablet via the Blueair app, or connect with your Amazon Alexa enabled device for voice control. The combination allows us to use filters that are less dense and require less air pressure than traditional HEPA filters without a loss in performance resulting in quieter and more energy efficient air purifiers. 4x faster gas and odor removal SmokeStop filters use natural coconut carbon to effectively filter out airborne gaseous pollutants like smoke, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), exhaust, smog, odors, and chemicals.

I have run the 680i with smoke stop filters for 4 years. I change the filters every 6 months as recommended. It is located in the main part of the house where we cook, eat and relax - itās a big space. We also have a large woodburner in the same space and a family dog who spends most of his time here. The smoke stop comes into its own when cooking or first lighting the woodburner. It is remarkable how effective it is. If I have one gripe itās cleaning the 680i. Access to the grating areas is tricky and you have to use compressed air to blow dust off the numerous sensors. I appreciate the manufacturers do not want customers getting to the heart of the machine, but a slightly easier access could have been made. I highly recommend Blueair - yes itās pricey, but it is a ...Ā MoreI have run the 680i with smoke stop filters for 4 years. I change the filters every 6 months as recommended. I have had to return my unit as it did not work without the app and despite numerous email exchanges with the support team I could not connect the unit to Wi-fi. Totally disappointed with this situation.

I bought this in 2017 and, like another reviewer who bought in the same year, I'm also having issues with high PM 2.5 readings. The retailer referred me to Blueair for a reset with my MAC number, that settled thing, but the same issue has arisen within 2 months. Blueair want to do another reset, but surely the evidence is that the machine is failing to reduce PM2.5 or it is faulty. My filter has around 2.5 months left and to be honest, I won't buy any more filters as it is a waste of my money. I'm not impressed, the lack of troubleshooting to get to the real issue is ridiculous. I will get a Philips next time, as they have good reviews and CADR. I don't know if I can claim Section 75 if I paid with a credit card, I'll have to check. But the product is not longer fit ...Ā MoreI bought this in 2017 and, like another reviewer who bought in the same year, I'm also having issues with high PM 2.5 readings. The first had a funny crackle, so my retailer replaced it. This one was boxed for about the last year until I was able to buy filters. So, I'm not impressed.
